A new high-rigidity center press platen has been applied, making the platen size the largest in its class. Furthermore, mold deformation has been minimized by unifying the center press moving platen and Euromap ejector.

Furthermore, with the development of high-power, high-response injection servo motors, injection speeds of up to 500 mm/s are achievable, offering precise control over response times and speeds. An electric injection molding-specific energy meter makes easy energy monitoring and efficient management with simple operations possible.

Importantly, the ‘WIZ-E Plus Series’ significantly reduces energy consumption compared to conventional hydraulic machines (compared to the company’s 350-ton hydraulic injection molding machines), cutting power consumption by 40%, eliminating hydraulic oil use by 100%, and reducing cooling water use (excluding mold cooling water) by about 81%. The longer it is used, the greater the energy savings, leading to high customer satisfaction.
